Ritz Theatre presents "The History of American Music"

The 4th & 5th grades students were invited to the Ritz Theatre to hear Spencer B. present "The History of American Music." Thanks Talladega City Board of Education for allowing us to attend this wonderful presentation.

CLUB CREATE

INTERNATIONAL DOT DAY

The 5th grade students and teachers had fun creating their own shirts to wear for Dot Day.  Every shirt was unique and turned out amazing!

 

 

 

Mrs. Carroll shared The Dot by Peter Reynolds with all classes on Thursday and challenged the students to make their own mark and challenged them to see where it would take them.

 

  

The students painted their own dot pictures and used ipads to turn their pictures into 3D reality dots using the app Quiver.

             Thanks, Mrs.Carroll, for  introducing us to this cool app..

Congratulations to Luke W. for winning the John Cena stand-up from the book fair this week.
